A Simple Wedding Ceremony

A ceremony that is personalized and as unique as your relationship. We’ll work together to find the readings and elements to make your wedding ceremony reflect your vision and personality. Choose from any of my sample ceremonies or we can create something completely different, whether it is short and sweet, romantic, or eclectic and quirky.

This package includes as much customization as desired, unlimited Zoom consultations and email correspondence, and a copy of the ceremony for you to keep. An in-person meeting between the officiant and the couple is also included on request (near Santa Rosa, preferred), either before booking or for ceremony planning purposes. Ceremonies usually last 15 – 30 minutes including processional.
(A rehearsal is not included in this package.)

On the day of the wedding, the officiant will arrive 30 minutes early to assist in on-site coordination with the DJ or musicians, photographers, and wedding party as needed, perform your ceremony, fill out the marriage license, coordinate the signing, and ensure that it is mailed correctly.

Rehearsal + Ceremony

$600

This package adds a rehearsal at the site of your wedding with coordination of the wedding ceremony processional, recessional, music, and any additional elements you’ve included. I allow one hour for a rehearsal. I recommend this for anyone who is planning a formal processional and/or has a lot of people at their wedding party.

If you are comfortable without a formal rehearsal, I am happy to discuss the plan with you via Zoom or email and help coordinate your wedding party in the half-hour before we start your ceremony.

Elopements & Tiny Weddings

$350

Available Monday-Thursday anytime & Friday before 3 pm

This is an option if you’ll have only a handful of guests at your elopement or small wedding and would like to include a very short ceremony with a legal license signing. These tiny weddings are casual and can be held in someone’s backyard, living room, or at a local park or restaurant. 

This package includes a short ceremony of 5-10 minutes in length, a copy of the ceremony for you to keep, and all email and Zoom correspondence.

On the day of the wedding, the officiant will arrive at the specified time, perform your ceremony, fill out the marriage license, coordinate the signing, and ensure that it is mailed correctly. No rehearsal is available for this package.

Guidance Package

$300

This package is designed to help guide the beloved friend/family member that you’ve chosen to be your officiant. I’ll meet with your friend/family member over Zoom and via email so that they’re comfortable enough to successfully officiate your wedding.

Travel Fees

I prefer not to charge travel fees, but if the event is over an hour from Santa Rosa, CA, I reserve the right to negotiate a fee for gasoline.

Payment Details

DEPOSIT: $100 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. PayPal ( Paypal.me/taffydugan ) or cash is preferable.

FULL PAYMENT: The final balance is due by the ceremony.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION: Any cancellation or change must be made and verified in writing/email.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices and availability are subject to change. Your price quote and date will be held for 2 weeks from your date of inquiry and confirmed when a deposit is placed, and the contract signed.
